BACKSTORY

• Born on a planet alongside deities and simple humans.
• Grew up very lonely - his mother was a cold, distant woman who never gave him love or a sense of protection. He never saw or knew his father.
• At night, when it seemed like shadows from every corner were gathering at his bed, he shivered under the blanket, unable to close his eyes. His mother, considering the request to leave the light on childish and unnecessary, never agreed to it. He dreamed that his father, whom he imagined in his fantasies as a strong and kind man, would come and save him. His father never showed up.
• At 21, he was taken under the wing of the Professor - a demigod researching the boundaries of attaining divinity. The Professor became a father figure to Oathbreaker, occupying his whole heart where his mother's love or his genetic father's presence never grew.
• A few years later, his mother died. He didn't shed a single tear at the funeral. When all the other mourners left, he stood for a long time in front of her tombstone, then ground a cigarette butt into it, leaving a smear of dark ash with the phrase, "Hope it's dark wherever you are, bitch."
• With age, he began to realize what ritual needed to be performed to become a full-fledged deity, using the Professor's research. To do this, one had to commit sacrilege - literally consume the sun. The Professor couldn't bring himself to do it. Oathbreaker didn't have a minute of doubt.
• Having consumed the sun, Oathbreaker gained full divinity. He can see variations of the future, gained immortality, and his blood can revive dead earth. But there's one big "but" - he doomed his home planet to death in darkness. And while he can't be killed, he can still be imprisoned forever - there are stronger deities in this universe who didn't appreciate his behavior. Oathbreaker had to flee the place that made him a deity.

But the second your tired head hits his lap, he snaps your neck. A stupid mouse shouldn't trust a cat. Quicksilver in a fragile jar - he might still be the king of the local swamp, but there are stronger kings out there and it pisses him off, but he's not fool enough to risk his freedom. If he has to hide to avoid ending up in the slammer forever - so be it.
• What he's really good at: Duplicity, suppressing his pain, hatred, revenge.
• What he's really bad at: Sincere love, sincerity in general. Opening up to other people - the more you deceive others, the less you trust them.
• Behavioral habits: Chews his lower lip, hitting the piercing, snaps his fingers to create solar sparks without even noticing.
• What he likes: The feeling of being the strongest in the room, the feeling inside that he no longer has to fear the dark, worship, and stupid, unquestioning adoration.
