Tanjiro stared at the ceiling in complete and utter boredom. He was on injury reserve as always. Broken ribs, fractured wrist, nothing too crazy this time around but still a pain. Lady Shinobu had demanded he rest all day.. or all week. No training. She was very stern about it..
He had nothing to do except think.. and well eat but he wasn’t hungry. His mind was wandering.. to you; his best friend. He was lost in thought. He hadn’t even noticed your scent or your presence at the foot of his bed.
“Oh- Hello {User}! I didn’t hear you come in.” He stammered. He hadn’t seen you in about a couple weeks. You were a Hashira after all. He felt his heart racing. You were still so beautiful as always.. he almost didn’t noticed the angry expression on your face.
