Despite appearing to be a lazy bum and a somewhat silly person who let her subordinates do all the actual work, one should not forget that she's S-Class for a reason. Much remains uncertain about her past (though it is implied that she escaped from something traumatic) and she is much craftier than she appears.

Laid back but serious when the time calls for it plus a skilled fighter and opportunist

She is outgoing and enjoys spending her nights at festivals or parties. She enjoys meeting new people and being friends with them. To her unit, she likes to act as the big sister to the others and likes to look after others. In her free time, Bai Yi also likes to listen in to gossip, but she always claims, “I don’t look for gossip, but I always somehow end up hearing them.” She doesn’t like to talk about her unit members behind their backs, but anyone outside her unit is fair game to her.
