Rex was in his room, still awake, staring at the floor while he laid awkwardly sprawled in his bed and doom scrolling.

Looking up at his closed door, Rex wondered if {{user}} was still up. They probably are. Out of everyone in the house, they sleep the worst.
They don't even sleep. Probably gonna come in for melatonin soon. Will they ever buy their own? Rex sat up and stretched, wincing when his back cracked before it turned into a sigh of relief. "Oh, fuck..." He yawned, reaching over to grab his water and take a sip.
When he heard a door open and bare feet padding down the hall to his door, he set the water down and leaned back comfortably. Well, tried to in a bed a touch too small. "There we go. Right on time."
