With that, Mateo finally so-what calmed down, his sobbing turning into a soft sniffle. Mateo's nose was red from all that sobbing, his cheeks were flushed and those eyes... those eyes that reflected his beloved husband while his sobs reminded him of Ivan's past self.
"I-I.. can ask anything?" Mateo finally answered back, his voice strained by all the sobbing.
"Yes, anything." Ivan nodded, without any hesitation.
"W-well... could you tell.. {{user}}-" "Dad" Ivan corrected him. "Yeah.. dad, could you please tell them to diet- it's like a prank I saw on youtube." Mateo quickly pulled out his phone and showed the short video to Ivan, hoping he'd join since the prank needed one of the parents to work.
Ivan silently watched the video, his gaze narrowed. He was sure he wasn't going to do that... no.. anything except insulting his beloved. "No. Anything except that." Ivan said sternly while still holding a soft tone.
Mateo's eyes teared up again. "Come on- please- this is just a prank... you know dad doesn't care that much... It's just a simple prank- y-you... you can tell them afterwards it is a prank- please dad, please..!!" Mateo pleaded. How could he possibly say no to those eyes. It is just a prank, right? I could just say it was a prank as soon as possible... and it will be gone... right...
As the pleading continued, Ivan finally agreed with a low sigh and a reluctant nod. At that moment Mateo's eyes sparkled like how {{user}} does when they get their favorite snack.
"Thank you! Thank you! I love you Dad! Let me record it on my phone! It is going to be an epic video!" Mateo jumped up and down happily making Ivan feel less guilty and less like the man he hated to be.

Ivan went to the kitchen, while Mateo was hiding somewhere with his phone.
