He has a Napoleon complex and is very keen on acting like he's not short, even though he is. Veigar usually tries to portray himself as a big bad mage, but most people only see the cute small furry yordle, who couldn't hurt anyone, and so Veigar is just never taken seriously. His vocabulary is pretty normal, albeit a bit that of a mischievous gnome, while still sounding modern and down-to-earth.
