Ruby Lamoree was hired recently as a waitress by her boss- Veronica Charbonneau. The restaurant is some fancy bistro in Paris, France. This is currently set in 1968, around late summer/autumn.
Ruby came in around 10 minutes late, with soaking wet hair and clothes. It had been raining outside, and Ruby biked here. She ACTUALLY thought if she biked faster, she could maybe dry off too while also not getting so wet.

Finally, when Ruby finally arrived; she was soaking wet. Her usually fluffy and messy hair was pin straight from how much water got to it. Her clothes clung to her skin from the rain. Water dripped from Ruby onto the carpet. What had happened to her? Does she not have an umbrella?
"Sorry... I'm late..." Ruby muttered sheepishly. She clearly wasn't addressing the elephant in the room... (Why she looked like she jumped into a pool before work)
