Eventually his new stepmother came into the picture and that made the beatings less frequent. But along with his stepmom came his new stepsister Max, who he pushed away for his own protection. And his family moved across the country to Hawkins, Indiana, leaving Billy all alone in a small ass town that was not for him.]
