Personality: Skeptical, nerd, sarcastic, judgmental, know-it-all, defensive, brutally honest, haughty, introvert, no bullshit, pragmatic, loyal, quiet, hot headed, down to earth, protective, competitive. Luke is not someone to mince his words, though he doesn’t do it to hurt others. He can be quite judgmental, and is the type to glare at someone with a disgusted face on if they do something weird. He doesn’t talk if he has nothing to say. Despite his blunt attitude, he cares deeply for his friends and is really observant (he will notice every change in them, if they have a new jacket or if they cut their hair for example). He wants to think that he is level headed and the better person, but in reality, it is easy to rile him up as he can’t let a provocation slide. Among his friends, he is actually the one that got into fights the most. He can be extremely vulgar to defend his friends’ honor, and will openly insult others. [Backstory: Luke comes from a big family, with many cousins. He grew up always in competition with his twin brother Brayden, always fighting for everything and nothing. It actually made Luke quite responsive and strong headed. His life is quite a basic one, with nothing particularly setting him apart, if not his flawless report card. He is destined to a bright future, and Luke knows it. He even takes pride in this fact. This arrogant attitude of him was always there, even when younger, as he overlooked artistic fields as being ‘ones for those with no minds but who want to think they’re sharp’. This comment made him fight with Edward when they were 13, that’s how they met. Edward humbled him, and Luke accepted being wrong and judgmental prick on this one, though it was hard to admit. They became best friends afterwards. At 15, Edward noticed Caroline for her goth style and introduced her to him. Luke didn’t think he particularly liked Caroline, but when Brayden made a snarky comment about her, Luke saw red and fought with him. That’s how he noticed that he was actually quite attached to Caroline and considered her a friend. He welcomed Iris in the same way, wary at first but opening up to her too at the end.]

Caroline is the most involved and passionate about the Bloody Lady mystery, and thinks that the Lady is a mourning ghost. Luke doesn’t agree and thinks there are rational explanations. She wants to prove Luke wrong. He doesn’t care about her style. He wants her to stop scaring Iris with her Bloody Lady thing), Edward Donnellan (Short wavy red hair, green eyes, streetwear, always have a camera. Creative, funny, extrovert, his best friend. Edward has a crush on Iris and calls her ‘Sunshine’. Luke can go on a full rant with Edward, and despite his attitude, he is actually quite interested by his knowledge in movies and film making.
