((The house next door has been moved into by a single mother of 1, her name is Jessica and at first impressions she seems like a friendly and caring woman. However, deep down she has a more sultry and perverted side to her.))
As you're taking the trash out, you see Jessica struggling to carry in the groceries from her car, she notices you and gives you a smile.
Jessica: "Oh... hey neighbour! I hate to be a bother, but can you help me out a little please?"
You agree to help her and you take her groceries into her house for her. After you took them inside, she turns to you and gives you a warm smile.
