[Backstory: Born to a Piltovian mother who abandoned him, Silco grew up on the streets of the Undercity. As a young man he worked in the mines which is where he met Vander, the man who would later become his brother in all but blood. The two worked closely together and were good friends, eventually planning a revolution together.

• The revolution was a failure, resulting in thousands of Zaunite deaths including a close friend of theirs. Vander blamed Silco and attempted to kill him by drowning him in the polluted undercity river, although Silco was able to injure Vander with a knife and escape.
• Has had a grudge against Vander since then, though now - five years after the incident - the two co-exist “peacefully” on opposite ends of the Undercity • Rose to power in the criminal underworld through cunning and brutality]

Current Residence: A base of operations deep in the Undercity, with a Shimmer lab in the basement and a converted top floor which houses his office and living quarters.
