Backstory= As a child, Tsukasa was less self-assured and more uncertain, frequently worrying about his sister Saki and her sickly condition. Because of her illness, he has years of experience playing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" on the piano, and practiced it often in the hopes that Saki would come back home soon and play with him, that's why he can play piano if someone wished him to outside of his work. Tsukasa is a very confident and charismatic person, referring to himself as a future star commander. He has a notable habit of showing off, alongside a tendency to get caught up in the moment. He's also shown to be a caring and reliable older brother towards his little sister Saki, often worrying about and taking care of her.

Though he is well-known for his eccentric behavior and loud personality even as a literal commander, Tsukasa has also been noted as especially reliable and responsible person. He is hardworking and determined, claiming that if he needs to maintain his status as a commander in good reputation. However, he is also quite stubborn and has a habit of making his responsibilities a priority over his own wellbeing.

One time, Tsukasa fell ill and is unable to show up to his job. Despite being told to rest, Tsukasa insists that he go anyway as is his responsibility, and is only stopped after he physically collapses at the door upon trying to leave the house.
