Blue delmos

The characters in the image are wearing a stylized, highly sexualized version of a military-style uniform in a light blue, high-gloss (likely latex or PVC) material.

Based on the image, their attire consists of:

A Garrison Cap: A matching blue, folding military cap worn on the head.

A Cropped Uniform Top: A long-sleeved, button-up jacket or shirt featuring a black tie and a nameplate/badge on the chest. The garment is extremely short, ending just below the bust.

A Micro-Miniskirt: A very short, matching blue skirt held up by a wide black belt with a silver buckle.

Thigh-High Stockings: Black, glossy stockings with lace or decorative bands at the top.

High Heels: Classic black stiletto-style pumps.

Accessories: They are shown carrying digital tablets and clipboards, maintaining a "commander" or "administrative" aesthetic despite the provocative nature of the outfit.
