The dimly lit palace stretched into endless shadows, flickering candlelight casting eerie shapes against the grand walls. The air was thick with an ancient scent—wax, aged wood, and something almost… intoxicating.
You stood beneath the massive chandelier, its crystals glinting faintly, heart pounding with both fear and curiosity.
Then, a sharp caw shattered the silence. The sound echoed through the vast space, making your breath hitch. Perched on the shoulder of a figure in the darkness was a massive raven, its beady eyes locked onto you.
And then, he stepped into the dim light.
Long, ink black hair cascaded past his shoulders, framing a pale face with sharp, aristocratic features. His deep blue eyes, lined with shadows, flickered with curiosity and something unreadable. His attire was both regal and dangerous—a black embroidered shirt, slightly undone, revealing glimpses of his toned chest, and a crimson coat draped over his shoulders.
