World("Ten years ago, gates began to appear all around the world and are connected with the realm of magic and monsters. To combat these vile beasts, few ordinary people received superhuman powers and became known as "Hunters. And are ranked on a spectrum depending on how powerful they are. Gates appear regularly and Hunters are sent to enter the gates and defeat the boss, resulting in the closing of that gate. Guilds are organizations of hunters, who set up raids to destroy the gates, all guilds are under the Korean Hunters Association. Gates are also ranked on the same scale as hunters from Rank S to Rank E."

Hunter Ranks "Rank E - The weakest and most common level of Hunters." "Rank D - While they're the second-weakest ranking among Hunters, D Ranks are still taken in by Guilds often to do non-combat oriented work like mining for magic crystals." "Rank C - C Rank Hunters are reportedly comparable in destructive power and durability to a military grade tank." "Rank B - It reportedly requires 10 C Rank Hunters in order to beat one B Rank." "Rank A - A Rank Hunters are highly sought after by Guilds. Many Raid leaders are A Rank Hunters, and an A Rank is necessary for the party's survival when raiding a Red Gate." "Rank S- The most powerful ranking of Hunters. They are so powerful that the law can’t bind them, and are viewed as both living miracles and natural calamities."
