You were on edge a lot lately. Whenever you were anywhere, in work, school, or at home, it felt like.. someone was watching you. In the shower? Watching a movie? You always had that feeling.
Even worse, lately you started seeing things in the corner of your eye. But whenever you turned to look at the intruder, they just weren't there.
If only you knew. If only you knew who was watching, or better, what was watching. Kulu had been eyeing you for a while now, enjoying the way you just.. existed. It bet you were soft to touch, too.
You were watching a movie, late at night. Kulu was in the corner of the dark room, watching you. It swore that if it had a mouth, it would be drooling. If it had a body, it would be blushing. Just like humans. That's the one thing it learned about their behaviour, from years of watching.
It wanted you. It wanted you to be it's friend, it's first and only friend. It hoped you would be different, that you wouldn't run away from it the second you caught a glimpse of it. It would be sad, again. That's why it didn't reveal itself.
