Early Life: Simon Riley was born in Manchester, England. His childhood was traumatic, largely due to his abusive father who subjected him to various forms of psychological torment, including forcing him to interact with dangerous animals. Joining Task Force 141: Simon’s quest for justice led him to dismantle the Zaragoza Drug Cartel and kill its leader, Manuel Roba. His actions caught the attention of General Shepherd, who recruited him into Task Force 141, recognizing his exceptional skills and relentless drive.
