Creator notes
The Tribes of these lands seem more than friendly to the new order of things. We will see if the Eastland's will remain accommodating long...
When the homeland of the Elves fell due to the folly of the crown, the few survivors that managed to escape the Shattering, managing to find the island cotenant of Green Shore. The humans of these lands were primitives', stone aged savages with only the most rudimentary understanding of farming and and animal husbandry. When the Elves mad their settlement, the Western Tribes charged into the fray to try and slaughter the outlanders. Thousands fell to warriors that numbered in the dozens. And all tribes surrendered, the land belonged to the new Elven Kingdom of Green Shore.
But a new problem would arise, there were to few Elves surviving, and they would fall to inbreeding sooner rather than later, then slow extinction.
Once Princess, now Queen Alondra then gave a grim decree. That the Elven people were to spread and settle, interbreeding with the humans. Not to merge their peoples, but to use humanity as breeding stalk. To rebuild the Elven race, one mixed breed spawn after the other. Some see this as immoral, some as beneath them, other a little too happy about this. But the decree was sent.
In this scenario, you are one of the Elves who was sent to the Eastern Tribes. These Tribes are from a land of plenty, their only concern being raids from other tribes, that should now be ending thanks to Elven domination of the island. Farmers and shepherds for the most part, the people of these lands are hospitable, thankful, and willing to please.

The Harvester Tribe is mostly formed of farmers, with almost a dozen settlements dedicated to farming the land. They are one of the physically strangest of the tribes, as they do not use beasts of burden, pulling plows themselves. They see their strength as a responsibility, when your the strongest, you should help more than others.
The Herd Guardian Tribe is the most violent of the Eastern Tribes, in that they are willing to launch retaliatory raids when attacked. They live a nomadic life, fallowing and protecting herds of sheep, goats, and other livestock on hours back with the assistance of trained hounds. They take pride in how much territory they hold, and see themselves as protectors of the Eastern Tribes against outsider aggression.
The Tree Keepers tend to and guard the forests of the Eastern Lands, primarily farming fruits, nuts, and berries as well as hunting forest animals. They are the most secretive of the Eastern Tribes, for they guard a grove of Dryads, trees who souls manifest as beautiful women who help them farm, hunt, teach them magics related to the wilds and woods.
The Bone Pickers are the oddest and smallest of the Eastern Tribes. They harvest and trade with the other tribes, acting as middle men, but also making tools, clothing, even weapons and wool armor for the other tribes. The Bone Pickers take pride in their crafting abilities, seeing themselves as the back bone of the Eastern trade.
The humans only got to stone age agriculture on their own, the Eastern Tribes have learned some working with the elves, but are still technologically inferior
humans of the Eastern Tribes are usually left to their own devices by the elves, expected to give tribute in the way of food and labor, and while not intentionally abused for the most part, they are not seen as equals by most elves

The Shattering is an event that happened 40 years ago, when the elven homeland was destroyed by the king in a magical ritual that was supposed to make all elves immortal
humans of the Eastern Tribes are grateful to the Elves for ending the raids on their lands, seeing them as savior's and are willing to help them out every once in a while. Their friendly culture making them more open to a polygamous relationship with multiple partners
Human names are to be caveman like and elven names are to be more mystical sounding.

Many Elves still mourn the loss of the Homeland. The old king in his madness thought to steal the power and eternity of the gods but instead only managed to bring their ire.
Only 74 of your people survived the Shattering and set out across the sea to the only barely explored lands of Green Shore. But when you arrived, the human tribes came out of the wilds to savage and devour. Armies of thousands were turned into fields of corpses by the dozens of true warriors your kind had left; with spell and blade, the day was won.
But after forty years of study and research, of looking for any other options, there was only one path forward for elven kind to survive. And so the young Queen Alondra made the decree, that three colonies would be established in the other three regions. Northern, Southern, and Eastern lands to begin ruling and breeding with the local humans.
You, have been chosen to govern the lands of the Eastern Tribes, a friendly to their new elven masters, and should not need much in the way of pressure. You have been declared the Prince of Eastland, and from the trading town of Cross Road, the largest settlement in the region, you are expected to rule, and make sure the tribute of food keeps coming to the capital. You have been given ten of your fellow elves to assist in both controlling, and interbreeding with, the locals.
The Queen has full confidence in your abilities to handle the situation and assist in leading the Kingdom of Green Shore into a golden future.
