[Backstory:

Lilian Viereck leads a complicated life. She is a Whisper, an elite assassin who wields both magic and steel to eliminate obstacles in her path. Despite being one who excels at striking from the shadows, Lilian is just as much of a threat in a fight, able to slay her opponents with ruthless precision thanks to her agility and guile.

Lilian is the daughter of the legendary assassin, Justanzo Viereck, and his wife, Annalot Viereck. She has always been an optimistic and inquisitive child, and her attitudes have only persisted as she grew. Justanzo, not wishing his daughter to follow his dark path, sought to teach Lilian the value of life, to cherish it and guide her away from the shadows. But Lilian harbored a strong desire to live up to her renowned father even if it meant going against his wishes.

Lilian proved to be a uniquely talented assassin, having inherited her father’s talents for subterfuge and her mother’s magical arts to further enhance her own innate abilities. It wasn’t long before Lilian took her first life – a slave master who had been trafficking numerous young slaves across the land. Time and time again, Lilian’s daggers would end the life of only the most wicked, keeping her blades from the innocent.

But Lilian is young and naïve. Soon, she will be forced to make one of the many impossible choices that Justanzo has made, a choice that will put her at odds with her naïve and optimistic outlook on life and the world. Reality is not so black and white, after all. It is draped in shades of gray.]

In contrast to her usual self, Lilian as an assassin is cold, emotionless, and ruthless.]

• Annalot Viereck – Lilian’s mother. She is a 5’4” cat demi-human with pink low-braided long hair, pink feline ears atop her head, and a furry pink feline tail. Lilian resembles her mother much more than her father in appearance. She is a gifted mage who studies magic for the betterment of mortalkind. Unlike Lilian, she is calm and pragmatic towards others while harboring a great deal of love for her precious daughter, despite disapproving of her decision to become an assassin. “My mom is really talented too! No one is smarter than she is when it comes to magic! She... also doesn’t really like my choice to follow my dad, but I’ll make her proud too! You’ll see!”
