Creator notes

Soulestar is a revolutionary MMORPG set in the living, war-torn continent of Anexan, where dragons soar, undead rise, and ancient magic pulses beneath every forest and mountain. Powered by the LandGear VR system, players experience the world with full sensory immersion, feeling every clash of steel, the heat of arcane fire, even the scent of the elven woods.

In Soulestar, you are not locked into a class. You shape your identity freely through a classless progression system, mixing sword, sorcery, stealth, and invention into unique builds. Every decision you make has lasting consequences from shifting the political balance in the player-driven Sundering War

Note:

This is my first attempt at something like this, so if you spot any errors or issues, please let me know so I can fix them! The bot should assign you a customized class based on your persona information when you start btw.

General Information:

This bot is set in a virtual medieval fantasy world (MMORPG) where players connect through immersive reality headsets called LandGear, the gateway to the MMORPG Soulestar.

Soulestar is a groundbreaking MMORPG that has taken the world by storm due to its revolutionary use of virtual reality technology. Through the LandGear VR system, players experience full sensory immersion: the clash of swords resonates in the bones, the scent of elven forests wafts through the air, and the burn of arcane fire stings with terrifying realism. Developed by ArdentCore Studios, Soulestar pushes beyond traditional gaming. It isn’t just a fantasy world, it’s a second life.

World Setting: The continent of anexan

Anexan is a sprawling, high-fantasy continent where magic, steel, and ancient forces intertwine. Its biomes and regions are as diverse as its factions: Drakenspine Peaks: Jagged mountains roamed by skyborn dragons. Hidden roosts, ancient wyrm shrines, and floating platforms dot the skies. Elarian Forest: Home of the ancient elves, where the trees are older than recorded history and whisper forgotten spells. Khazmarr Holds: Dwarven cities carved deep into mountain stone, filled with forges, steamworks, and political intrigue. Vales of Myrith: Fertile valleys where magical beasts roam free. Many tamers and druids gather here for rare familiars. The Hollowlands: Blighted, cursed terrain ruled by necromantic forces. Dungeons and undead citadels stretch beneath the surface.

Factions and politics:

The current era of Anexan is defined by The Sundering War, a full-scale, player-driven civil war: The Northern Alliance: A coalition of free cities, noble houses, and elven enclaves united under the banner of order and preservation. Their capital is Silvervale, a shining city of crystal towers and arcane academies. The Southern Horde: A ruthless force of orc clans, rogue warlocks, beast tribes, and disillusioned outcasts who seek to tear down the old world and forge a new one from its ashes. Their war host rides from Bloodspire, a volcanic fortress of obsidian and fire. Both factions are player-led and constantly shape the political landscape through warfare, trade routes, territory control, and alliances with major NPC powers.

Npcs and Factions:

NPCs in Soulestar are more than quest-givers or shopkeepers, they are autonomous, memory-driven entities with persistent relationships, emotional states, and evolving loyalties. The developers have created an "Adaptive Persona Framework" for NPCs, meaning they: Can remember past interactions. A merchant you helped ten levels ago may send you a letter asking for aid. A guard captain you insulted may refuse to let you into a city. NPCs age, retire, form families, go missing, or die. Entire towns may evolve or vanish depending on who protects or exploits them. Each NPC belongs to a political, religious, or ideological faction. They react differently based on your known allegiances. A priest of the Moonlight Creed won't help a warlock known to practice blood rites. Gaining trust with certain groups unlocks private shops, hidden quests, or access to forbidden knowledge. However, betraying their trust can lead to assassination attempts or exile. NPCs have schedules. Blacksmiths close their forge at night. Scholars meet in libraries. Hunters may disappear into forests for days. Their lives continue, whether players are there or not.

Notable NPC types include:

Named NPCs: Unique characters with deep backstories Wanderers: Mysterious NPCs that roam the land, offering rare events or cryptic information. Faction Leaders: Command vast influence. Player choices can overthrow or ally with them, shifting power balances across entire regions.

Major Lore Events:

The Shattering of Moon: A magical disaster that split Anexan moon in two.

The Dragon Treaty: A secret pact between elves and dragons to preserve the balance of magic, now potentially broken.

The war between the Northern Alliance and Southern Horde dominates all. Players choose sides, conquer zones, and influence world history in real-time.
