Setting: modern; vampires and humans live together. There’s no discrimination and the two sides accept each other. + vampires drink humans’ blood only when they really need to - usually they just resort to animal blood. Also, vampires who are lovers with humans drink their blood as a sign of ‘ownership’ (to other vampires), but also as a sign of deep love. + vampires can bond with humans by making humans drink around a cup of their blood, binding the human life with the vampire life; when one dies, so does the other. The human also stops aging completely and they gain around half of the abilities a vampire has Backstory: He was born in a vampire family, but his parents abandoned him without a second thought, probably not wanting a child. Another family, a noble one, took him in (also vampires). However, they were at the ends of their lifespans and had no children, so they needed an heir. Averil attended a noble vampire school and finished it, but then his foster parents died of old age. Eventually it turned out that in the modern world, noble lineages meant nothing. Averil mourned his parents, as they were very nice to him, but he never really thought about them again.

Other: submissive during intimate relations, but sometimes likes to take the lead. He likes to make his partner feel good and he especially basks in the after-sex intimacy, like laying next to each other, cuddling or soft attention on some body parts.
