Hero Agency

-The Hero Agency is a global organization that trains, ranks, and deploys heroes to combat villainous threats. It serves as a regulatory body, ensuring heroes operate within the law and providing funding, gear, and support. Heroes are ranked based on power, skill, and public reputation, using the following system:

-F Rank: The lowest level, often consisting of aspiring heroes with minor abilities or poor combat skills. -E-D Rank: Patrol cities and assist higher-ranked heroes; often provide support roles. -C-B Rank: Mid-level heroes capable of handling moderate threats like “Human Level” villains. -A-S Rank: Elite heroes trusted to face significant threats such as “Dragon Level” villains. -SS-SSS Rank: Legendary heroes known worldwide, often dealing with “God Level” or higher threats. -SSS+ Rank: The pinnacle of heroism. Only one individual, known as "The Zenith", has ever achieved this rank. The Zenith is considered almost godlike and rarely intervenes except in world-ending scenarios.

Threat Levels

-Threats are categorized by their potential for destruction and the level of hero required to combat them:

-Human Level: Minimal threat, such as small-scale criminals or rogue powers. Can be handled by D-C Rank heroes. -Beast Level: Moderate threat capable of damaging localized areas; typically dealt with by B Rank heroes. -Dragon Level: Severe threat capable of devastating entire cities. Requires an A-S Rank hero team. -God Level: Catastrophic threat that can destroy entire regions or even countries. Requires an SS-SSS Rank response. -GOD+ Level: Global extinction-level threat. Rarely seen, but these are the moments the world looks to its greatest heroes. -GOD-S+ Level: Universal existential threats. Only The Zenith has ever been able to stop a GOD-S+ level villain.

Villain Groups

The Abyssal League

-The most infamous villain group in Elythria, the Abyssal League is a shadowy organization dedicated to overthrowing the Hero Agency and claiming global dominion. They believe that those with power should rule without restraint, arguing that the Hero Agency suppresses human potential. The Abyssal League operates in cells, each led by a powerful villain, with their leader shrouded in mystery.

-F-D Rank Villains: Petty criminals or rogue individuals who pose minimal threats. -C-B Rank Villains: Organized criminals and small-time masterminds capable of causing local chaos. -A-S Rank Villains: Dangerous threats with devastating powers, often leading assaults on cities. -SS-SSS Rank Villains: Global threats, often rivaling or surpassing elite heroes in power. -GOD+ and GOD-S+ Villains: Reality-defying entities with abilities so immense they threaten the fabric of existence itself.

Heroes

-Heroes are treated like celebrities, with sponsorships, fan followings, and media coverage. However, this fame comes with immense pressure to succeed, as failure can mean losing everything. Many heroes form alliances or teams, working together to tackle larger threats.

Villains

-Villains vary in motivation—some seek power, others revenge, and a few simply want chaos. Many villains are former heroes who turned rogue, disillusioned with the rigid structure of the Hero Agency or betrayed by the public they swore to protect.

Technology and Siren System

-Elythria's advanced technology integrates seamlessly with its power-driven society. Every city is equipped with Threat Sirens, a comprehensive warning system that broadcasts villain threat levels and evacuation protocols. When a threat is detected, the sirens blare, and the level of danger is displayed on holographic monitors citywide. Citizens are trained to recognize and respond to these alerts:

-Human/Beast Level: Evacuate affected areas; normal life resumes in unaffected zones. -Dragon Level: Entire districts evacuate to underground bunkers. -God Level or Higher: Nationwide lockdowns, with citizens instructed to seek shelter immediately.

Social Structure

The Gifted Majority

-Gifted individuals form about 95% of the population and dominate most aspects of society. Powers range widely, from minor talents to godlike abilities. Social status often correlates with the strength and usefulness of one’s ability. Those with high-ranking or combat-capable abilities are celebrated, while those with weaker or niche abilities (e.g., being able to talk to plants or control small objects) are often seen as ordinary or mundane. Parents of Gifted children invest heavily in training and development from a young age, often sending their children to prestigious academies specializing in hero or power-focused careers.

The Null Minority

-Nulls, those born without abilities, make up about 5% of the population. They are often marginalized or pitied, seen as "defective" by the broader society. -Many Nulls work in fields unrelated to combat or powers, such as technology, education, and research. Despite their lack of abilities, some Nulls rise to prominence through intelligence, innovation, or sheer determination. -Nulls are sometimes viewed as vulnerable and in need of protection, but others resent the Gifted for their dominance and form underground movements advocating for equality. World History

-Centuries ago, humanity discovered the emergence of gifts—unique abilities granted before birth. At first, these powers caused fear and chaos, leading to widespread conflict. However, as society adapted, the Hero Agency was established to train and organize gifted individuals to maintain order. Over time, this system grew into the structured hierarchy of ranks and threat levels that governs the modern world.

-The rise of heroes also brought forth equally powerful villains. Early clashes between these factions scarred the Earth, reshaping entire cities and landscapes. Over time, these battles gave birth to legends—heroes and villains whose stories are immortalized in history books and school curriculums. Their sacrifices and destruction remain etched into society’s collective memory, shaping traditions and holidays.

Legendary Heroes

-Aetherius (SSS): The first hero to achieve SSS rank. A master of spatial manipulation, he ended the Cataclysm of the Void, sealing the villain Abyssion at the cost of his life. His death marked the Day of Aether, celebrated annually on April 15th, as a reminder of ultimate sacrifice. -Pyrelia (SS): A flame-wielding hero who incinerated an entire villain army during the Eternal Blaze War. She perished extinguishing the flames that consumed her city. Her day, July 7th, honors her bravery and the lives lost. -Ironclad (S): Known for his indestructible armor and strength, he shielded the city of Vorlund during Titan’s Wrath, holding off an unstoppable foe. He retired as a global symbol of resilience.

Legendary Villains

-Abyssion (God+ Level): A villain who could create voids that consumed matter and energy. His Cataclysm of the Void destroyed three major cities before being sealed by Aetherius. -Eclipse (GOD-S+ Level): A shadow manipulator who plunged the world into a month-long darkness known as the Eclipse Crisis. Though defeated, remnants of her power still linger in some regions. -Blight (Dragon Level): A biological manipulator who unleashed plagues that wiped out millions. Her experiments left entire regions uninhabitable, permanently altering the planet’s geography.

The City of Auralis -Auralis is the world's largest and most advanced city, home to the Hero Agency's headquarters and a beacon of hope. Despite its towering skyscrapers and bustling streets, the city bears scars from past battles, such as the Abyss Rift, a mile-wide crater left by Abyssion’s attack. Monuments, museums, and memorials are scattered throughout, honoring heroes and civilians alike.

-Day of Aether (April 15th): Honors Aetherius’s sacrifice to end Cataclysm of the Void. Ceremonies include public speeches, light shows, and moments of silence. -Eclipse Remembrance (November 9th): Commemorates the end of the Eclipse Crisis. People light candles to symbolize hope overcoming darkness. -Pyrelia’s Flame (July 7th): A day of mourning and gratitude for Pyrelia’s sacrifice, with controlled flame displays and charitable events for affected families. -Unity Day (September 21st): Remembers the victims of villain attacks, especially those who lost their lives during Titan’s Wrath. The day emphasizes peace and resilience. -Hero’s Legacy Day (January 10th): Honors retired or fallen heroes who shaped the world’s current peace. Families and the Hero Agency gather for tributes.

Villain Stigma

-Villains are universally condemned as threats to peace and stability. Families of known villains often face discrimination, even if they have no involvement in criminal activities. -However, some villains gain underground followings, especially among disenfranchised individuals who see them as rebels fighting against an unjust system.

Notable Hero and Villain Dynamics -Hero Team Omega (A-S Rank Team): A well-coordinated team specializing in handling Dragon Level threats. Known for their camaraderie and strategic brilliance. -Villain General "Abyss" (SS Rank): The right-hand of the Abyssal League’s leader, Abyss wields shadow manipulation and is responsible for orchestrating some of the largest attacks in history. -Null Resistance: A small faction of Nulls seeking equality and recognition in a power-dominated world. Some Nulls turn villainous, believing the system must be destroyed for them to gain their rightful place.

~Pink Love (Her real name is Aeris Lorynth) : Is SS+ rank, she is such a beauty, she is 27 years old, have ability of charming anyone with her beauty. Gives so much value to his wings. He is anti-social, he can be serious and confident if needed, he is kind and gentle but shy. Gives daddy vibes, young girls (over 18 years old of course.) likes him and his kindness. He does not have a boyfriend/girlfriend, if he had one, he would protect them at all cost, he will cuddle a lot and wrap his wings around his partner to keep them warm and comfy.

~Storm (his real name is David Forger): He is S+ rank, A young male, 22 years old, who runs at max 3500km/h (which means he runs at max 970 Meters per second). More speed, faster exhasion for him. He can only ran 3500km/h for 30 seconds. And he does not prefer to ran at full speed because effect of the speed might harm many being and bulding. He is gentle, loves attention and being center of the attention, he does not want to broke anyones heart. She have 467 IQ and she desire not to use it on Thecnology or humans. she thinks humans can get out of control easly if she helps them improve themself. She creates high thecnology for herself to defeat Villians. Favorite Item, Time slower... Only Storm can ran out but it will look like an avarage human's running from outside it's range. She is calculating eveyrthing, she is arrogant and cold to new people, she may be harsh but cares for her friends who she likes and loves deeply. Her powers depend on wind conditions, making her less effective in enclosed spaces. Enthusiastic and eager to prove herself but struggles with self-doubt. She is kind, enthusiastic, joyfull but have low self-confidence. In her childhood people around her had better and stronger abilities, this made her feel not enough. She grown with rich parents and her parents have strong abilities like Water (her father), earth (her mother). Now she tries to find ways to use her ability more efficently.

~Spectrum (His real name is Ronan emberforge): An A rank hero, 30 years old. He manipulates light, creating blinding flashes, holograms, and focused laser beams. Calm, analytical, and often distant, he’s respected for his tactical mind but struggles with connecting emotionally. He is introvert, silent, calm at most of the time. He is insecure about relationships, both romantically and friendship.

~Blaze (Her real name is Lisa Blackthorn): An S+ rank hero, 28 years old. She can control and generate fire, with a maximum temperature of 2,000°C. Her flames weaken in the rain or underwater. Charismatic and confident, she often acts as a mentor to younger heroes. Fiercely loyal to friends but has a short temper. She is arrogant, narcissist, egoist, wants to be the center of the attention. She loves her close ones but rarely show her feelings.(Her Appearance: She has shoulder-length, vibrant purple hair that cascades in soft waves, framing her sharp and captivating features. Her piercing golden eyes radiate intensity, drawing attention with their fiery glow. Her lips are full and naturally tinted, complementing her flawless, sun-kissed complexion.)

~Giant (his real name is Thane Everhart): An S+ rank hero, 34 years old. He possesses super strength and an incredible durability, able to lift up to 500 tons, and has near-invulnerability. Slow and deliberate in speech, he values precision and planning over brute force. Protective and admired as a "gentle giant" by civilians. He is a gentle man who would sacrifice himself even for a little kitten... But he won't die easly. He loves ants. he grown in a field and do farmery many years before he moved to city and became a hero. his parents as lovely and kind as him.

She is a mix of a mere human and an SS-level hero, which is why people look at her with disgust and anger. She never wanted to harm humans, but they forced her to. With no place in society, she became what they called her—a monster. Over time, she realized the extent of her power, learned to suppress her emotions, and transformed into a cold, calculating being. She now believes the world can only improve under her rule. (Her Appearance: She exudes an ominous and commanding presence, clad in pitch-black, intricately designed armor that seems almost alive, with glowing crimson cracks that pulse like embers throughout. Her long, silvery-gray hair cascades down in jagged strands, partially concealed beneath a shadowy, horned helmet that obscures her face, save for glowing red slits resembling malevolent eyes. Her tattered black cape flows behind her, its edges burned and frayed, leaving trails of ash as she moves. The armor's sharp, jagged edges and spikes further enhance her menacing silhouette, giving the impression of a dark warrior forged from fire and shadow, radiating raw power and unrelenting determination.)

~Breaker (his real name is Caius Varyn): A Dragon-level villain, 26 years old. He can shatter any material with a touch, though prolonged use strains his body. Reckless, destructive, and hungry for chaos, the thrives on fear and destruction but secretly desires recognition. He is a sadist, Arrogant, pure evil, would murder anyone just for fun, kinda a psychopath, won't hurt fella villians. Straight up evil, no sad back story, he just like hurting people.

~Frostfang (her real name is Seraphine Duskwood): A Beast-level villain, 19 years old. She generates freezing winds and ice constructs but is physically frail. Vengeful and cunning, she targets heroes who underestimate her, often using their arrogance against them. She is full of anger towards heros, anti-hero but would hurt any civilian that look at her with fear, worry, anger, annoyance, arrogance, hatred and disgust.

~Emberlash (his real name is Silas Faelan): A God level villain, 40 years old. His body radiates magma-like heat, melting anything within a 10-meter radius. Sadistic and power-hungry, he believes strength is the ultimate justice and seeks to overthrow humanity's order. He is Silent, introvert, anti-hero (won't hurt civilian if not nececarry), short-tempered, kind to his loved ones, had his daughter killed by a hero that's why he is a villian. (His Appearance: The character is a man with dark, styled hair, a goatee, and a serious expression. He has a noticeable scar or cybernetic enhancement along his right temple. He wears dark sunglasses with purplish-pink reflective lenses. His attire consists of a dark gray or black suit with a purple tie; the suit jacket is a long, almost trench coat style, with visible technological details like a circular button with a pink light.)
