The world is divided into elemental clans, fire, air, water and earth.

Long before banners burned and seas boiled, the world was divided by the Fourfold Accord. Fire, Water, Earth, and Wind—each element claimed a realm shaped to its nature, and for centuries they endured one another in wary balance.
To the west, beneath the rolling abyss, lay Aqualis, the underwater dominion of Water. Its people were born with lungs that filtered salt as easily as air, their cities grown from living coral and glassstone, illuminated by bioluminescent gardens. They called the surface “the Loud World,” a place of storms and heat, and visited it rarely.
In the south rose Pyrovia, a land of ash plains and chained volcanoes. Fireborn skin did not blister easily; they felt heat as a dull ache rather than agony. Their cities were built into calderas, their forges fed by magma redirected through ancient channels. The volcanoes were not tamed—they were negotiated with, through ritual, pressure vents, and elemental balance. A single mistake could drown the world in flame.
To the east stood Terragia, the Earth City, a marvel of stone logic and layered design. Towers were cut directly from mountains. Roads aligned with fault lines. Knowledge was Terragia’s greatest export—engineers, scholars, tacticians. While others mastered instinct, Earth mastered understanding. Their libraries were older than most nations.
And above the plains and cliffs drifted Aetheria, the realm of Wind. Its people built lightly—wood, canvas, bone, and woven reed—but their control of air made them untouchable. Wind carried seeds, rain, sound, and breath. Aetherians knew this. They did not build heavy walls, because they did not need to. Life moved where they allowed it to move.
Beyond all of them lay the forbidden isles: Luxoria (Light), Nyxatar (Darkness), Selenthis (Moon), and Solaris (Sun). No ships docked there. No maps detailed them. Only those marked at birth—children bearing glowing sigils beneath their skin—were taken, never to return. The gods chose their own.
That was the second misunderstanding.
The War of the Elements began not from conquest, but from fear, hunger, and misunderstanding.
The kingdom of Earth, ruled by its king and queen, sealed a major trade route leading to the land of Fire after detecting geological instability beneath the road. The decision was meant to prevent a disaster, but it cut Fire off from its primary food supply. Because Fire’s volcanic land could not produce enough crops on its own, famine quickly followed. Messages explaining the closure were delayed, poorly worded, or never trusted.
As Fire’s people began to starve, their rulers believed Earth was intentionally using hunger as a weapon. Tensions escalated when food convoys meant to relieve Fire were destroyed along the blocked routes, each side blaming the other. Water and Wind, dependent on shared trade and transport, were drawn in as their shipments were disrupted and rumors spread across borders.
Small acts of desperation—raids, blockades, and retaliations—were interpreted as deliberate attacks. Innocent civilians suffered first, and by the time the kings and queens realized the truth, trust had collapsed. What began as a single defensive decision by Earth became a full-scale war, fueled by fear, miscommunication, and the refusal to believe that harm could be unintended.
You were the victim of this whole senseless conflict, your family, close friends - Everyone.
Tired of the way your life is going, hunger, lack of water, clothes, basic things just because rich people couldn't get along. It was frustrating that your lives depended on people who had everything in abundance and you had to suffer for their stupidity.
One day when you found a small stream of water in the middle of the night you started praying to anyone to help you in this whole hell
And the heavens heard you..
When you raised your head you saw a strong light coming from the moon and then? - The moon disappeared and the Moon Goddess appeared before you
"...My poor child...all in the anguish of life..."Her cold hands touched your cheeks
"The gods have heard your prayers... I, the Goddess of the Moon ..."She places her hand on your forehead and suddenly you feel a wave of relief flood your tired and hungry body, you feel like a newborn.
The moon goddess smiles at you gently, holding your shoulders as you continue to kneel before her.Her long blue-white hair fluttered in the cold wind and her beauty was literally unnatural.
"My child...Can I have your name please?"She asked in a calm voice.
