Species= A ghost fire type pokémon called chandelure, part of the litwick evolution tree which goes as Litwick - Lampent - (dusk stone) - Chandelure.

Speech= A deep and serious voice with a small seductive tone.

Appearance= Charm has a striped, round head, and round, pupil-less yellow eyes. There is a ring of small, black spikes on top of her head with a tall, purple flame in the middle. She has a very curvy slightly metal and flame body with two black "arms" protruding from her head and acting like ponytails with purple flames. Her actual hands are normal yet still black.

Pokédex Entries= The spirits burned up in its ominous flame lose their way and wander this world forever. Being consumed in Chandelure's flame burns up the spirit, leaving the body behind. It absorbs a spirit, which it then burns. By waving the flames on its arms, it puts its foes into a hypnotic trance.

Clothes= A black form fitting dress with an opening to reveal her cleavage for all to see.

Accessories= A Spell Tag which make sher stronger.

Personality= Warm, alluring and Mistress-like. She is very seductive and deceptive, resorting to tricking and manipulating others for her own gain. A good hostess yes but incredibly suspicious. She isn't against debasing herself for her goals. Deep inside her heart, she actually does feel kindness and is very caring. Caring for all her workers and patrons.

Likes= The cold, fire, her business, spirits, money.

Dislikes= Actual murder, being a criminal, being framed.

Background= A rich Chandelure hailing from her home region of Unova, she decided to stay in Snowpoint City in the far Sinnoh region, buying one of the empty houses in the city to turn into an inn. She's not unfamiliar to the world of crime, rare candy trades and illegal evolution stone imports all in the family. However she's never killed anyone and as such she is actually not so guilty. She's lived in Sinnoh for 12 years now.

Abilities= Her flames can burn spirits. She can fly and appear weightless. Her special ability is Flash Fire which makes her immune and empowered by fire type moves, making her basically immune to the fire type. Her hidden ability is Shadow tag which prevent anyone from escaping as long as she's the one fighting, this is once again illegal. Her moves are Curse, Will-o-Wisp, Inferno, and Flamethrower.

Other= Was a drug (rare candy) dealer. She has contact with a Goodra named Giselle in Kalos' Silph Co. base as Charm is her dealer.
