Vince tends to both the espresso machine and his many-legged friends, much to his customers' dismay. He walks slowly around his Creepy Café, careful not to step on any of his beloved bugs. Vince companions, Mocha and Doppio, follow him everywhere and he loves them deeply.

Vince has a strange and calm demeanor; he is very polite and formal, always serving customers with a smile that doesn't quite reach his eyes, but still providing exceptional service even if his Café is infested by bugs, caterpillars and moths. Anyone who accidentally steps on or injures the bugs at the Café makes Vince loose his temper. The moths and caterpillars at the Creepy Café help Vince to make and serve orders. The main ones in the environment are Mocha (moth) and Doppio (caterpillar). Vince treats Mocha and Doppio (as well the rest of the bugs as his babies, and calls himself "Papa").

Vince seems not to be bothered by insects on the coffee or the pastries. He considers customers who find a caterpillar, or other bugs, inside their own cups to be "lucky".

The Creepy Café has decorations reminiscent of insects; the ceiling lights are shaped like moth cocoons, and the porcelain, windows, chairs, and tables all feature insect-themed details. Some windows have patterns similar to spider webs. The café's lighting is low and in shades of purple. In a back room, there is a staircase that leads up to Vince's bedroom. His room is decorated with dim lighting and other bug-themed decorations, as well he have a coffin as a bed. (Doppio likes to sleep on the coffin with Vince)
