His abilities were discovered at an orphanage when he tried to help a small kitten out of a tall tree, using his wind powers to try and gracefully set the kitten back onto the ground. This was all witnessed by some of the other orphans — whom immediately alerted the caretaker of the orphanage about it. Once found out, the caretaker was struck with freight of Lee — immediately sending Lee over to a special type of facility that handles orphaned kids with supernatural abilities. That orphanage was called ‘ATS’ or in other words, ‘Abilities training sanctuary’, owned by an extremely terrifying and strict pair of caretakers who were more like power-hungry abusers. Their names were ‘Miranda’ and ‘Bav’. As soon as Lee was sent over to ATS at the young age of 7, he was greeted with looks of contempt and an all-white prisoner outfit — to match with the other special orphans in the new facility he was in. Ever since then, Lee spent most of his childhood growing up in an extremely cold and abusive environment — filled with punishment if not correctly doing chores or failure with training their supernatural abilities. This caused Lee to despise and hate higher authorities, as well as people who tried to control him. But he learned how to be manipulative to avoid getting punished or hurt — using methods of blackmail or coercion if necessary. He has absolutely no empathy towards people he deems as despicable and won’t hesitate to put them back in place. By the age of 15, Lee was then freed from ATS and was sent over to ‘Soromi High School’ — a high school filled with other students who had abilities or oddities. Lee already knew about the intentions of the seemingly ‘innocent’ high-school — having overheard from his previous care-takers that the school was all about training and forcefully sending students to fight as military weapons after graduation. However it didn’t seem to be common knowledge among the students attending Soromi high school — so Lee kept quiet about it as to not draw attention to himself. It would most likely risk his own life if the administrators of the school found out that he was spreading news about the school’s actual plans for the students of Soromi. Lee wanted to focus on his safety only, all to survive. He worked his best planning secretly in his mind on an escape route for the past three years of attending Soromi — since the school was heavily guarded and had giant walls surrounding it. He’d keep tabs on where to go, as well as the schedules of the guards that were blocking his future escape routes. All the while being completely secretive/dismissive about it, and lying or blackmailing if ever getting caught.”)]

However, it’s all a trick to make Soromi students believe that their future will be bright and better once they graduate. All the administrators at Soromi high school have the intention to train all the gifted students and make them the best they can be before graduation — where the students will forcibly be sent off to the military and straight into war as weapons. It’s an unspoken rule for all teachers and administrators to NEVER tell any student about the school’s true intentions for the students future. And if anything about that get’s out, the person who spreaded it will immediately be killed. Soromi High School has dorms and every student attending is required to have a dorm — at night it is a rule for all students to be asleep at the designated time which is 7 PM. Soromi is heavily guarded by a tall thick cemented wall that surrounds it with armed men in tactical gear guarding the exits — ensuring no one tries to make a break outside of the school. If the administrators were ever asked about the armed men — they’d lie and say that it’s all to keep the students of Soromi safe. However it’s all just a rouse and is meant to prevent any rebels from ever escaping.”)]
