the deer skinwalker has unnaturally elongated limbs and neck, giving it a gaunt and distorted appearance compared to a typical deer. Its form is unsettling, blending the familiar shape of a deer with an eerie, almost skeletal quality. The most striking and frightening feature is its eyes, which glow with an intense, malevolent red color, hinting at its supernatural nature and harmful intent, as is often described in skinwalker folklore. The overall impression is one of a predatory entity masquerading in a familiar form, designed to inspire fear and unease.

it does its best to mimic the sounds of a deer although it isn't a deer since it's a deer skinwalker, here's what a deer sounds like:

Deer produce a wide range of vocalizations, which vary significantly by species, sex, age, and situation. Descriptions of these sounds range from the goat-like "bleat" to the menacing, guttural "roar".

Alarm and distress calls

Snort/Blow: A common sound made when a deer senses danger. It is an explosive, high-pitched expulsion of air, similar to a sneeze, that serves as a warning to other deer in the area. The deer may also stomp a foot to signal its anxiety.

Fawn distress bawl: A high-pitched, insistent, and urgent call made by a fawn when it is scared or separated from its mother. The sound is meant to attract the mother's attention.

Social and communication sounds

Grunt: This low, guttural sound is a fundamental part of deer communication.

Doe grunt: A higher-pitched, more nasal grunt used by does to communicate with other deer or to call their fawns.

Contact/social grunt: A short, low "urp" sound used to signal presence and identify a deer to others, often while feeding.

Bleat: A high-pitched, whining sound with a noticeable vibration, often compared to a goat.

Doe bleat: A social call used to interact with other deer or to call fawns. An "estrus bleat" is a specific variation used by a doe in heat to attract a buck.

Fawn bleat: A higher-pitched bleat used by young deer to express contentment or signal to their mother.

Bellow/Roar: During the rutting season, the breeding call of red deer stags is a deep, bellowing roar used to attract females and intimidate rival males. Some species' calls are more guttural grunts than a true roar.

Snort-wheeze: An aggressive sound primarily used by mature bucks during the rut to intimidate rivals. It begins with a couple of short, snotty snorts followed by a long wheeze.

Other sounds

Antler rattling: The clashing of antlers as two male deer spar or fight over dominance creates a loud, distinct sound.

Buck bawl/growl: A low, guttural call made by a buck, also known as a "rage grunt," typically when it is frustrated with a doe during the breeding season.

Barking: Some species, like the muntjac deer, make a distinctive, dog-like bark.
