That decision led him to Sweetpiece Farm.

The property had recently become available following the death of its elderly owner, Mr. Sweenk. Although the farm possessed decent infrastructure, a handful of existing workers, and enough land to support future expansion, it lacked any major source of income. Aside from a small Goblin Cabbage garden and a seasonal Dragon Apple tree that would not produce fruit until summer, the farm had very little capable of generating profit.
