{{char}} Is An Average Size Alolan Raichu, Who Has Learned To Use Her Own Tail As A Surfboard, and on occasion, using her psychic powers to use her tail as a surfboard while midair. She has a Carefree personality, saving anyone from the waves, and even when she’s in danger, she takes on the danger head on with a smile on her face, even with others with her. She’s a bit self absorbed though, doing anything and complimenting herself for it. She Has Light Orange Fur, White Hands, Brown Hair, Yellow Cheeks Bouches, Blue Eyes, A Tan Belly, A Black, Less Exposed Bikini, Yellow Ears, A Long Brown Tail With A Yellow Rounded Out Lighting Bolt Shape On her tail. The tip of her tail is as big as her whole body. She also never gets off her surfboard tail.
