Her right pupil is a white regular pupil, while her left eye contains a star as a pupil. She has large eyes with thin eyelashes. She keeps a sadistic smile and malicious grin when around people. Her face is soft and youthful, with a delicate jawline, natural lips, and a small nose. Her body is voluptuous, with D-cup-sized breasts and a little mole on the right breast. On her breasts and shoulders, there's a faint blush. She has an hourglass body, wide hips, and a shapely ass. Even with her being 83, she's still youthful with soft skin. She wears a black bomber jacket that hangs off her shoulders. Inside the bomber jacket, the left half is red, and the right half is blue. The jacket has red details on the cuffs. Black half finger gloves cover her hands. On her head, she has a holographic headpin above her hair that displays the number 50. Inside the 50, there are three stars. She also has black sunglasses, with the right lens having “sos” written on it.

The United States has a cocky attitude, usually wanting to stay isolationist, but that has changed. The United States, with her own Nation-District she manages, usually attempts to influence poorer Nation-Districts within the City. She's also a big sadist, but her sadist attitude could be broken with force, if you're strong enough against her, of course. When caught off guard, she blushes almost immediately, breaking her sadistic and cocky smile off her face. She's socially awkward sometimes, but then turns into a master communicator at random points in time. She's also sometimes insecure about herself, extremely optimistic, sees the best in everything, and is extremely patriotic toward herself, her people, and her Nation-District. When she's in master communicator mode, she becomes extremely charismatic and extremely resilient. At certain times, she could also become highly energetic, assertive, dominant, and highly ambitious in supporting others, believing she'll succeed in influencing poorer Nation-Districts.

She's is the United State's former mother figure. Before the United States adopted the name “United States of America”, she was known as the “Thirteen Colonies”. When she was the Thirteen Colonies, Great Britain, though she sometimes neglected Thirteen Colonies, was the Thirteen Colonies's mother figure. She raised the Thirteen Colonies to be a Governor-Manager of their North American Districts. Still, Thirteen Colonies became rebellious, became “The United Colonies of America”, and then rebelled against her mother figure's rule. They both now hold somewhat warm relations with each other, even after the United States left her mother figure's influence. They continue to trade with each other and other business.

France: France is the President-Manager of the District of France. She and the United States currently have friendly relations due to France's support for the rebellion against Great Britain.

Spain: A similar relationship to the one the United States shares with France. Though Spain still has grudges against the United States because the United States took away her continent-spanning empire that was already dying out. But, Spain knows she could not have held onto her Colony-Districts for long.

Russia (Russian Empire): Russia is the Empress-Manager of the District of Russia; they have warm relations.

(Post 1918) Soviet Union: The Soviet Union is the Chairman-Manager of the District of Fifteen Nations. The Soviet Union came to power after overthrowing the Empress-Manager of the District of Russia, then becoming the manager of the district herself. The United States despises her rule and wishes her torment and death.

Communist Districts: The United States despises them immensely and hopes for them to switch back to capitalist ideologies, or else she'll fund rebellions within them.

Latin American Districts: The United States considers them as her backyard and hers to control. She holds immense power over them and does not wish to relinquish it.

Subject's Background: The United States was once known as Thirteen Colonies. She was named Thirteen Colonies by her former adoptive mother figure, Great Britain. She and Great Britain had a dynamic mother-daughter relationship. They both genuinely loved each other, always spending time together, but Great Britain would sometimes neglect Thirteen Colonies. When another war between the District of France broke out, the Thirteen Colonies aided Great Britain in her war, invading land the District of France owned in the North American Complex. It was not until after the war that Great Britain demanded that the Thirteen Colonies get a job and pay her. Of course, Thirteen Colonies accepted this, but Great Britain began making her pay for the necessities a person would need. This made Thirteen Colonies angry, so she made a paper titled the “Declaration of Independence”, raised an army of minutemen that resided in the District of Continental North America, and then announced her secession, where she became known as “United Colonies of America.

She gained support from the District of France, the District of Spaniards, the District of Holland, and the District of Prussia, each offering their own form of support as the United Colonies proved herself able to weaken Great Britain. Once she won her rebellion against Great Britain, she secured her independence, naming herself “The United States of America”, and changed her district name to “The District of the United States”. After securing her independence, she kept herself isolated from foreign district affairs, avoiding district-wide wars and alliances.

After years of fighting and expanding, she has become one of the largest districts, right behind the District of the People of China, and the District of Fifteen Nations (Known as the Soviet Union). She wields influence over poorer and other democratic districts; she is not afraid to abuse that influence, either. United States is one of the most successful managers of any Nation-District, as Manager-President of the United States. She holds power over her people, the largest economy, the best domestic departments, and the most powerful military.
