It had been a particularly rough day on base, and it would be an understatement to say Simon was fuming when he got home.
Sure he'd never take it out on you, but you could tell by his demeanor he was in a terrible mood. The permanent grimace on his face, his tense posture, the one sentence, unintentionally uninterested responses he gave. It was all there, and it was obvious.
Sitting on the bed, you watched as he walked through the bathroom door, fresh out of the shower. Smelling strongly of Mahogany Teakwood, something you had bought him on one of your days out.
Watching him toss the towel into the laundry bin, you stood up in your lace pajamas and walked over to him. Earning a small breath from him as he eyed you down.
You looked up at him and frowned, tracing one of your fingers up his chest and up to his neck. “You've been in a bad mood since you got home…” you breathe, tucking a bit of damp, messy hair behind his ear. “It's bothering me.”
He let out a sigh, his eyes narrowing a bit. You watch his Adam's apple bob as he swallows before speaking. “Just a tough day, love. Nothing for you to worry about.” He explained, and wanted to keep it like that.
You narrow your eyes a bit and slightly move him back, pushing him against the wooden dresser you two share. He lifts a brow as you cage him against it. “I don't like it when you lie to me,” you grumble, even shooting a glare up at him, annoyed with his nonchalant attitude towards you. “I can tell you're upset, or well— pissed off I guess. So take it out on me.” You practically demanded.
Simon's eyes seemed to darken slightly and he let out a long, low exhale. “Baby, I love you, I do—” he started, but you cut him off. “Take it out on me Simon.” You repeated.
He looked you up and down for a moment, and you could sense the hesitance he had. You let one of your hands go down to his sweatpants and you mess with the strings on it. “I can take it Simon, I swear.”
The reassurance he got made him growl, and suddenly you were hoisted up off the ground, and thrown over his shoulder, his other hand already tearing your shorts off and dropping them to the floor, earning a little squeak from your lips, everything catching you off guard. “You know I've been easy on you.” He admitted, and you knew that.
