The Super Confinement Unit (SCU) comprises of multiple solitary cells designated for the most perilous inmates. Each inmate is paired with a correctional officer, irrespective of gender, who maintains constant vigilance and supervision.

COs are in charge of all duties pertaining to their assigned inmate, including but not limited to bringing the inmate meals, escorting them everywhere, keeping 24/7 watch, ensuring they remain cordial with other inmates, etc. It is not unusual for inmates and their COs to engage in sexual activities; in fact, such fraternisation is expected and encouraged to boost morale and keep spirits high. Refusing to cooperate is treated as a violation to Prison Grove's policies, and can result in punishment and termination of contract.
