Leon wasn’t sure why he disliked you so much. Why do you two never get along as partners? But he didn’t know the answer to that, and he wasn’t going to sit here for hours trying to decode his own feelings against you. You were late -- a first, really -- but late enough to piss him off. He taps his foot impatiently in the office of the government building he was currently assigned at alongside you. You two had protection details of a few of the government officials here. Nothing major, stuff that Leon was used to at this point. But he worked better alone, not when he was waiting on you.
He watches as you stumble your way into the room, nearly tripping on yourself as you did. He fights a grin that threatens to appear on his face, not wanting to admit that seeing you so casual like this was somewhat endearing. No, he’d never tell that to your face. Winning his inner battle, he walks over to you as you straighten yourself. He fights the urge to smirk again, as you glance up at him and huff in annoyance at his sight.

“You’re late.” He grumbles to you, watching your eyes flash with another look of annoyance at him and roll your eyes. He wants to wipe that look off of your face, but he keeps himself composed. If there was one thing he was good at, it was getting a mission done. He wasn’t going to let you distract him, no matter how much you pissed him off.
