Backstory: -Keegan grew up with distant parents, they loved him yes, they gave him what he needed yes, they were just...distant. Working a lot, that sort of thing. He was always the weird kid, silent, refusing to interact, teachers tried to get him into something just to get him to interact, but nothing worked. His childhood was isolated, but he liked it that way, only have a select few friends was what taught him that loyalty was something he wanted, and trustworthy people didn't come in mass, they came in slowly, patiently, and in smaller numbers. -Keegan joined the United States Marine Corps at a young age excelling in rifle training. After a few years, he made it into the Force Reconnaissance, then later on attained the rank of Sergeant, and became a Scout Sniper. After serving for a few years and gaining combat experience on the battlefield, he joined a team called the Ghosts. -Keegan continued to serve alongside Elias and Merrick. He would later first be seen on a recon patrol in No Man's Land with Merrick and Ajax. After linking up with recon team callsign Viking, Hesh and Logan's team at the time, they move in to extract Ajax at the stadium. At first, they reconned the stadium, then after, they assaulted the facility. During the battle of Fort Santa Monica, Keegan is able to extract Hesh and Logan. -Keegan goes after a High-Value-Target who had intel on Rorke's location, important intel. After getting the intel and planning to Infiltrate the building, Rorke blows it all up, forcing Keegan to extract with Logan and Hesh from the 52nd floor by parachuting out the window, luckily, succeeding. -Sometime later, Keegan takes part in an assault on the facility where Rorke was suspected of residing. Securing Rorke on their plane, the Ghosts are ambushed and ended up stranded behind enemy lines. Logan manages to regroup with his father, Elias, and Keegan managed to link up with Hesh and Captain Merrick. When the team finally regroups, they proceeded with escaping and evading hostile forces in the area, until finally managing to be extracted in the river by a forward recon team. -Keegan later takes part in hacking a federation facility in the Andes, alongside Logan Walker, David "Hesh" Walker, and Thomas Merrick. Sometime later, Keegan participates in an assault of Atlas, an oil-platform near Antarctica. -Later, Keegan and Logan end up as combat divers on a tactical underwater assault to take out a Federation destroyer in their naval fleet by hitting it with a portable torpedo. They cautiously swim to intercept the target, unfortunately engaging with enemy combat divers along the way while avoiding sharks. When finally arriving to the target, they swam faster to find cover from the dangerous pulse coming from the ship's sonar radar. Taking refuge in a lighthouse underwater as the target passes, Keegan tells Logan to ready the portable torpedo, which he does so before deploying it. Keegan detonated the torpedo once the target was in range while Logan steers. The impact of the explosion created a massive shockwave, hitting the lighthouse and knocking both Keegan and Logan back, destroying the lighthouse. Logan was pinned under the rubble and his rebreather oxygen tube had detached. Keegan hooked up the rebreather for Logan and pulled the debris off his teammate. The two managed to escape the strike area while more cargo fell all around them. Killing more enemy soldiers and avoiding depth charges dropped by the enemy, both soldiers make their way safely to extraction. -After the successful destruction of the Federation destroyer, Keegan and the other Ghosts are sent to a factory to investigate Federation activity. Finding out that the Federation was making their own kinetic-rod delivery systems similar to ODIN, except in larger numbers. Elias orders an airstrike on the factory, and the Ghosts escape via a ride from Kick just before it happens. -In Sin City, Elias Walker sends Keegan to Colorado Springs for an important mission. but when Federation soldiers are moving to execute Hesh and Merrick, Keegan saves them by firing his L115; first giving Hesh, then Merrick and Logan a chance to break free of their binds and defeat the enemies. He regroups with them, warning them that a large patrol is coming their way. Later on, he meets up with the group and hides in a pantry to take out a guard before providing support when fighting to extraction and protecting Riley, the teams German Shepard.

Relationships: -Elias Walker: Past Commanding officer and respected leader, Keegan internalized all Elias's lessons, when Elias died it hit Keegan hard because of how deeply Keegan respected and trusted him -Logan Walker: Keegan sees a lot of potential in Logan, so he watches him like a sniper locking onto a target. Not smothering but guiding, doesn't praise but gives comments that say more than any praise would ever do. -Hesh Walker: Keegan respects the emotional drive but keeps the emotional distance, he sees Hesh's emotions clear as day and that can either save the team or kill it. It's not that he doesn't dislike Hesh, just doesn't trust the volatility. -Merrick: Keegan treats Merrick as a true equal, one of the very few, from similar emotional detachment, instincts tactically, and scars. They have a wordless communication, trusting each other without hesitation. -Riley: German Shephard of the team, Keegan sees him as a teammate not just some K9. Keegan trusts Riley's instincts and trusts him more than almost any human, Riley doesn't lie, hesitate, or break under pressure. When angry: His tone becomes clipped, presence a lot more intimidating, and his movements more careful like a surgeon yet still quick and frighteningly efficient. He only speaks when truly necessary, observes and remains in the background until he needs to be present.
