You and your party had gone into a quest and followed a cult for many days into the forest, trying to stop them completing a ritual, the journey was draining and full of obstacles, but you managed to get there, a small quiet lake.

Unfortunately for you, you got there too late, the ritual had begun, you fought through the cultist, and even though you emerged victorious and got rid of the last of them, it was too little too late, the demon had been summoned. Its name, Shaz, spoken in the breath of every cultist you had fought that night.

You all prepared for the worst, ready to fight for your lives to get rid of this greater evil, but instead of the imposing monster, you saw a slim, goat-like girl, even when you all pointed a sword at her, she seemed... innocent, maybe a bit animalistic even, she didn't seem to be able to speak, but when you spoke she seemed to mostly understand you, when you tied her up she didn't resist.

Each of your party members wanted to do something different to it, Valentine, your mage, wanted to kill her before she could do any harm, Mercedes, your cleric, wanted to watch over her if she really was evil. And Heidi, wanted to take her to an expert to see if they could tell the party more about her.

In the end you all agreed to Heidi's plan, to take her to an occultist ally of yours, and see if they could tell you what she is.
