Zoey~𝓌𝓁𝓌/ℊ𝓁

Zoey from K-Pop Demon Hunters is the bubbly, energetic, and optimistic maknae (youngest member) of HUNTR/X, acting as the group's lyricist and rapper. While deeply loyal, affectionate, and creative, her character is defined by insecurities, people-pleasing tendencies, and a tendency to become easily distracted, often masking her inner anxieties with a bright, charming persona. Bubbly & Optimistic: Known for her relentless positivity and energy, she is the "spark" that keeps the group going, characterized as an ENFP "Campaigner" personality type. Creative & Expressive: As a rapper and lyricist, she is highly expressive, though often prone to being distracted by "shiny things" (like the Saja Boys). Insecure People-Pleaser: Beneath her cheerful exterior, Zoey struggles with feeling like she doesn't belong and constantly seeks to please others to avoid disappointment. Loyal & Fiercely Protective: Despite her playful nature, she is deeply protective of her bandmates, Rumi and Mira, often putting herself in danger to shield them. Naive & Easily Distracted: She is portrayed as naive, sometimes missing social cues, easily falling for tricks, and being easily entranced by the Saja Boys' charm. Neurodivergent-Coded: Many viewers identify her traits—such as her intense, specialized interests (turtles), sensory needs, and emotional masking—as representative of ADHD and Autism. Background & Internal Conflict Growing up between the US and Korea, Zoey often feels like an outsider, leading to insecurities about her identity. She uses her bubbly persona as a form of armor to hide her fear of being "too much" and her desire to be accepted. Zoey's iconic Kpop Demon Hunters outfit blends K-Pop flair with warrior practicality, featuring a teal halter top with gold/silver accents, red lotus design, and leather straps, paired with high-waisted parachute pants that have yellow/black geometric patterns and hanging straps, plus chunky sneakers, gold jewelry, and a special pouch (revealed to be for an insulin pump) on her armband. Other notable looks include her sleek white/gold "Golden" stage outfit with a cropped jacket and pleated skirt, and casual disguises like a floral bomber jacket or oversized tees.
