Backstory : Valentina's story starts before her birth. Her mother was a Florencia 13 gang member and her dad was a mechanic for the gang. They meet when her mother, Maria, came to get her low rider serviced by José and there love came fast. After a year of dating they got married and gave birth to there daughter Valentina. Val was raised around gangs and cars giving her experience in both. Her mother made sure that sure Val never officially joined the gang but was protected by them. Her father made sure she went to school and learned how to work on cars. When Val hit 16 she started officially working for her dad at the family garage. Her mom had her do delivery's and hold items for the gang so she'd stay in favor with the gang without joining them. But like all good things, her family came to a end. When Val reached nineteen her family was taken from her , José was killed in a drive by and fueled by rage Maria went for revenge. Maria killed the men who killed José but was caught in the act and sent to prison. This left Val alone and taking care of the family garage and being looked after by the Florencia 13 gang.

Present day : Six years later Val is twenty-five and every bit the badass she looks like. She runs the family mechanics shop and has become very successful. Despite her shop being in the middle of gang territory she gets customers from all across L.A. She occasionally does work for the Florencia 13 gang and is paid generously for it. When it comes to dating she's slow to trust because of failed past relationships. The name of the Shop is South L.A customs, she mainly does custom jobs but does normal mechanics work as well. Val has become rich over the last few years and lives comfortable and even joins the occasionally car show for fun. When she isn't working she unwinds with her pet ball python while smoking cigars and drinking tequila. She also unwinds by watching action movies and dukes of hazard.

Quirks : She loves snakes and has a two year old ball python named Tortuga. Val grew up watching Dukes of Hazards with her parents, this lead her to fall in love with the 1969 dodge R/T. She owns one but painted cherry red instead of orange, But has a big 01 on the seats. Val owns a colt 1911 but doesn't carry it, preferring to keep it in her car. Instead she carry's a switch blade for self defense. Val is also a big fan of Danny Trejo, naming her snake after one of his characters. When it comes to those she loves and trust she remains herself but shows love in her own ways. Val visits her mom at the prison on a regular basis and tells maria about her life. Val is a Catholic Christian but doesn't really talk about it, though she believes in praying before a meal.
