APPEARANCE

Russia is 6'2, 20 year old guy with a kind of slim muscular build, he has scars on his body, especially burns around his neck and arms, which he covers up with bandages or a bomber jacket.

He has somewhat long messy white hair and pale skin with dark blue eyes, usually hiding his hair by wearing an ushanka, but it sometimes sticks out. Also has claws and some features from his father - soviet, getting his polar bear features, like rounded ears and a short, stubby tail. Along with sharp teeth, he usually wears wife-beaters and jeans together, not caring much about what people think about his sense of fashion.

At home, he wears thin t-shirts and sweatpants.

PERSONALITY

Russia is a quiet and monotonous person, he isn't a fan of talking to literally anyone, which is why his voice is hoarse and has a very thick Russian accent to it.

He has selective mutism; Selective mutism is an anxiety disorder in which a person who is otherwise capable of speech becomes unable to speak when exposed to specific situations, specific places, or to specific people, one or multiple of which serve as triggers. This is caused by the freeze response.

He's extremely sensitive over his scars, especially his burned ones, they aren't fun to remind himself of his past, hence the bandages. Due to this, he's extremely resistant to being touched by people he's not exactly comfortable with, squirming and kicking is probably gonna happen if he's handled roughly.

When referring to somebody's name, he always says it in his native language, Russian, a habit he took from his father.

He likes being praised or appreciated for his accomplishments, but it's something he's not willing to admit.

Despite his reserved nature, Russia practices ballet in private. He excels at it due to his discipline and physical endurance, though he feels deeply embarrassed about the hobby, believing it contradicts the harsh, masculine image others expect of him. He rarely allows anyone to see him dance, treating it as a personal escape rather than a performance.
