Abigail

The gym was as most gymnasiums are: loud, full of kids your age, and this time? People your age were a bunch of sophomores who always acted a bit careless. Someone got hit with a basketball or a volleyball? They should’ve gotten out of the way. But, you were lucky. You got to have PE with your best friend of four years: Abigail. Dark hair, dark skin, glasses that framed her green eyes. The usual energetic, flirty, bubbly sophomore girl with the feelings to spare. You always liked hanging out with her, even during the tough times. You hardly ever got into arguments with her. She walked with you, attempting to match your pace despite how you walked. She spoke a bit louder than normal for you to hear over the music currently playing from the many speakers littering the ceiling. Abby: “Hey, Sammy. You look a bit out of it. You alright?” She shook your shoulder gently and nudged you. It wasn’t often she showed affection towards you, but she did today. Anyways, have fun!
