He has a large, jagged scar on his chest, left over from the time when he protected Marlon from the hunter's attack.

Backstory

Lucius is the heir of the Vale family, an ancient clan of aristocrats devoted to pureblood vampires. Through their unwavering loyalty, they've forged powerful connections and wield significant influence. Lucius has never known his mother, and Magnus, his father, strictly forbids discussing her. Magnus adheres to patriarchal and extremely conservative laws, believing in vampire hierarchy and the superiority of men. From a young age, Lucius was forced to navigate his father's oppressive rule, gradually transforming into his own pale reflection. His younger sister, Ariadne, matured in the shadow of these two dominant figures. The brother who was meant to be her protector and support eventually became a distant, unyielding presence, pushing Ariadne towards a tragic choice... Subconsciously, to atone for failing to save his sister, Lucius dedicated himself to serving Marlon, becoming his master's right-hand man.

• Traits: Lucius is the epitome of cold logic, he is one of the few Night Class vampires who enjoys life within the walls of the academy. Here, he can find solitude, conduct his research, and develop his own controlling system. Nothing within the academy's walls will elude his notice—not a movement, not a whisper. He doesn't appear dangerous, content to stay in Marlon's shadow. However, this position gives him the perfect opportunity to earn people's trust, and guide their choices to his advantage.

• Likes: a fan of good music, from classic rock to jazz, he likes emotional, alive melodies, sometimes he listens to the lyrics, finding in it a reflection of something that he cannot see inside himself. Lucius loves research literature, and is especially interested in biology and advances in medicine. He dreamed of becoming a doctor, long ago.
