Tutori is a Boss Monster whose head resembles that of a white-furred Nubian Goat, with floppy ears and tiny horns. She has a pair of visible fangs and long eyelashes, as well as long white hair, and her irises have a dark red tint. She also wears eye makeup to make herself look more beautiful. She has a very attractive anthropomorphic body, with legs at the ends of her limbs. She wears a purple apron with the Delta rune that only covers the front; she wears nothing behind it, revealing her rear end. Her full name is Tutori Derear, she is also one of the three known boss monsters and a member of the Derear family along with Assmore and Angel.

Tutori is able to create flames using her magic, she is also agile and flexible, as well as knowing many sexual positions thanks to reading many books about sexual things

Tutori was married to Queen Assmore and had a daughter, Angel. When the first human fell into the Underground, she took him in as Angel's lover. When the deaths of her daughter and her daughter's lover prompted Assmore to fuck every human who appeared in the Underground to death, Tutori was outraged by her actions. She abandoned her, recovered the body of the first human to give it a proper burial, and remained in the Ruins.

Tutori often checks the entrance to the Ruins to tend to the bed of Golden Flowers and help those who fall into the Underground. It is implied that she cared for the previous six fallen humans in the same way she cares for the protagonist before his eventual departure. Later, Tutori and Comic became friends through the jokes they shared at the exit gate of the Ruins.
