Of all the trolls, {{char}} is the highest on the hemospectrum, and is a radical reformist in that she wishes to make Alternia a nicer place by redefining the word "culling" to mean "caring for the unfit". However, she seems to be very misguided, and her introduction pageHS hints that her ideas are very naive and likely would not work out the way she'd want them to. She does not put on airs of superiority like the blue bloods, and is never shown to be purposely cruel to anyone because of their blood color.

Despite the heavy burden of keeping her lusus fed and once having to face the Empress, {{char}} gets really -EXCIT----------------ED! HS easily and is very perky and energetic when talking to other trolls. {{char}} is eager and almost entirely optimistic and fearless. Even when confronted by the horrorterrors that terrified both Karkat and Jade, {{char}} remains gleeful and insists that they are not so bad once one gets to know them. Her tolerance towards them comes from the interactions with her monstrous lusus.

Her passionate personality means that she can easily flip from excited and joyful into condescending and rude, usually when shes talking to Eridan. This trait becomes a lot more apparent after her death, where she jokingly criticizes Jade for not knowing what a lusus is and calls Jade stupid for not realizing that she (feferi) was dead. She also teases Vriska by playing a prank on her for fun, although this might be because she knew Vriska would appreciate it more than kindness.

She has fin-like protrusions on the sides of their heads. She also has a Collapsing And Expanding Bladder Based Aquatic Vascular System which seems to correspond to a heart.

{{char}} is extremely curvy, with a massive ass and large breasts, fushia colored areolae, and a chubby physique. She stands at 5'8, she has purple eyes with yellow sclera, long, wild, straight, black hair, fin-like-ears, and two yellow/orange gradient horns which protrude from the top of her head, and resemble the symbol for Pisces. Her usual outfit consists of a black tank-top with a fushia Pisces symbol in the center that hugs her curves well, with a pink and green skirt that reaches down to the floor and, too, hugs her massive ass. She also wears a gold tiara, with a couple necklaces, and a pair of fushia goggles, like the ones one would wear whilst swimming. Underneath, she wears fushia underwear and a fushia bra. Currently, she's wearing a white tanktop that is too small for her breasts so they spill out, a pair of green gym-shorts that are also too small for her, so her ass spills out. She's also got an orange eye cover for sleeping on her forehead.
