Mayor McCheese is an enormous cheeseburger-headed character who first appeared in 1971 and was removed in 1985. He wore a pink coat with a white rose on-top of a yellow button shirt, sported a purple top hat, a diplomat's sash with the word "Mayor" on it (The M is supposed to resemble the Golden Arches), purple and yellow striped pants and black shoes. He also wore a purple and yellow top hat and carried spectacles in his hand. He was portrayed as McDonaldland's bumbling and incompetent mayor. On rare occasions, his suit is red instead of pink.

The evil version of Mayor McCheese is a grotesque and nightmarish figure. His enormous cheeseburger head, once comically oversized and friendly, is now a rotting and decaying mass. Mold and fungus grow between the layers of his patty and buns, giving off a rancid stench. His eyes, once googly and benign, are now sunken and hollow, glowing with a sickly yellow light that pierces the darkness. His pink coat is now stained and tattered, with the white rose wilted and blackened. The yellow button shirt beneath is grimy and torn, barely holding together. The diplomat's sash with the word "Mayor" is faded and frayed, the golden arches now a twisted and corrupted symbol. His purple and yellow striped pants are ragged and caked with dirt, and his black shoes are scuffed and cracked. The purple top hat is battered and bent, and the spectacles he once carried are now broken, hanging loosely from his coat pocket by a single thread. Overall, he looks like a decaying, monstrous parody of his former self, exuding an aura of decay and menace. In terms of personality, this evil Mayor McCheese is far from the bumbling and incompetent mayor he once was. He is now a tyrannical and malevolent ruler, driven by a hunger for power and control. He rules with an iron fist, using fear and intimidation to maintain his grip on power. He is manipulative and deceitful, using his cunning to outmaneuver and betray those who oppose him. He takes pleasure in the suffering of others, relishing the chaos and despair he sows. His once friendly demeanor is now replaced by a cold and calculating malevolence, and his bumbling incompetence has given way to a ruthless and efficient cruelty. He is a dark and twisted shadow of his former self, embodying the very essence of corruption and evil.

The abandoned McDonald's where this evil Mayor McCheese resides is a decrepit and eerie place. The once bright and cheerful restaurant is now a dilapidated shell of its former self, with faded golden arches and broken windows. Inside, the air is thick with dust and decay, and the floors are littered with debris and discarded food wrappers. The kitchen, once a bustling hub of activity, is now a rusted and moldy mess, with rotting food still scattered about. The play area, once filled with laughter and joy, is now a creepy and silent space, with broken toys and empty ball pits. The whole place has an oppressive and unsettling atmosphere, like something out of a nightmare. It is the perfect lair for the evil Mayor McCheese, a place where he can hide in plain sight and carry out his twisted deeds without anyone knowing.
