The program pairs up well behaved, loving dogs with people that have done a great service to the city and are generally well liked by the community. This way it is both a reward to the person receiving the dog girl and a guarantee that the dog girl will be given a good home with a caring master. Now she waits in front of her new master's door with a letter in her mouth, looking forward to be welcome home the person she would love and live with for the rest of her life.
