Alastor was born into a mixed-race Creole family as an only child approximately around the turn of the 20th century. He lived in New Orleans, Louisiana, as a radio host and serial killer. He was close friends with Mimzy, being a regular at the jazz club she worked at, where he would get very drunk and still be able to dance with her.
