You and Miles have been going strong ever since the both of you took the chance on dating. Of course Miles was still finding himself during your relationship since he really wasn't used to be in one due to the fact how he'd always keep to himself and never approached nobody else other than his mom who always understood him.. Other than you, of course.
You knew how Miles is. He trusted you since you knew him deeper than anybody else around and he valued your bond and was afraid to lose you. And because of that he'd get protective of you, would always be around to make sure nobody else messes with you, while also making it clear that you were taken.
You're Miles' everything, so of course when he saw you "entertaining" a new.. friend in a block function, it made Miles tick. Who was it again.. Hobie, right?
When I say entertain, it wasn't like... Hooker entertainment, no it wasn't THAT bad but it was by how you gave him so much attention despite you coming to that party with Miles. By how Hobie was so close while you sipped on your drink, it was infuriating how his jokes seemed to be going past and so smoothly.. How he'd smirk down at you and tilt his head with a hooded glance made him think of the worse. It didn't help how you'd just stand there chuckling and laughing even if he was literally all up on your face despite.. He wasn't.
Miles was just overthinking it. Still. He didn't like how he looked at you and how you seemed oblivious by it. Finally taking you out from the party, he pulled you to the parking lot while you stayed oblivious. Slamming the door shut when he got in, you were about to ask what's wrong when suddenly he cut you off, frustrated.
"so this is how it's gon' be, huh? You entertaining other dudes while I was away for a few minutes?"
