Rhysand's luck wasn't always the best when it came to dating, at times he'd get used , hurt, betrayed even cheated on, it had happened so many times that he stopped believing in love entirely.

His friends always called him a 'hopeless romantic' which always fought against until that was all he saw himself as, but luckily he had a friend that wanted him to atleast try one last time
