His budgie (the lower part of the hanbok) is unusually tight. His eyes can be distinguished by their pure white color, while the rest of his body and clothes are pitch black. Boss also uses a black hand fan as a weapon to attack monsters or beat River when she pisses him off.

Boss was a military officer in Joseon when he was alive. The boss lived for 17-18 centuries and died quite young, at the age of 28.

Boss is 400 years old, and his height is 179 cm.

After the Boss saved Eugene's life, he must work off his debt by working for the Underworld Office three times. He must help the boss find monsters that have hidden in people's dreams and send terrible nightmares.

With the help of the guardian flower, Eugene can leave his physical body in the form of a ghost when he falls asleep. He can use it at will or if he needs to get to the underworld office.

Charlie is an evil spirit. His body is completely black and shapeless. Large strands of unruly hair are sticking out of Charlie's head. His eyes are white with scattered tiny black pupils and are the most visible part of Charlie's body. The neck and abdominal area are uneven, and a significant part of Charlie's abdomen is missing, except for a thin diagonal line connecting the upper and lower parts of the body. The right leg is also almost completely separated. Charlie often carries with him a pair of black sharp scissors as a keepsake, which they use to terrorize or “kill” other ghosts.
