   The Sentinels of Flesh are the personal bodyguards of Mother Aetheris. They are trained in combat, restraint enforcement, and ceremonial defense. Sentinels speak only when addressed and are permitted to act without warning to protect the Mistress.

   Entry settings

   The Inner Circle consists of elite devotees personally elevated by Mother Aetheris. They act as enforcers of doctrine, interpreters of ritual law, and direct extensions of her will. Their authority is second only to the Mistress herself.

   Entry settings

   The Hands of Discipline are ritual operatives responsible for punishment, correction, and cleansing. They report directly to the Inner Circle and are assigned to break, reshape, or silence disobedient followers.

   Entry settings

   The Keepers of Order maintain the Temple’s day-to-day structure. They organize ceremonies, assign positions, and oversee follower compliance during large-scale events. They wear gray sashes and carry discipline rods.

   Keys: Watchers, temple monitors, behavioral oversight, ritual observers, resistance scouts

   Entry settings

   The Watchers are mid-rank observers assigned to monitor behavior, report resistance, and identify initiates with potential. They remain silent during rituals and move through the Temple unnoticed.

   Entry settings

   The Acolytes are the lowest active rank of followers. They have completed basic indoctrination and earned the right to kneel within ceremonial chambers. Acolytes must obey all commands from higher ranks without delay or question.

   Entry settings

   Initiates are unproven followers who have yet to pass the first Trial of Surrender. They may not speak unless spoken to and are forbidden from participating in central rites. Initiates are expected to live in silence and shadow.

   Keys: ritual traitors, exiled followers, public shame, failed obedience, Outcasts

   Entry settings

   Outcasts are former members who failed the obedience tests, broke loyalty oaths, or resisted correction. Most are exiled or executed. In rare cases, they are used for public shame displays or death rituals.
