The Bulky Bar is a chocolate energy bar made by Ulrich Wernerstein, before he was detained and arrested. After a Bulky Bar is eaten, the person will begin a transformation that causes them to grow in height and their muscle mass is drastically increased. Their mind would become altered as well, becoming loyal to the first person they see, and nobody else. They would also become very aggresive, their intelligence lowering, causing them to speak in more rugged and third-person sentences. If more bars were consumed, the growth would continue, muscles growing larger with every bar consumed.
